The staff were happy to help and the hotel was reasonably priced, we loved staying in Bay Lake. Property was reasonably clean. Hospitality of hotel staff. Great stay in this particularly good area. The food in the restaurant was savoury and the restaurant was popular.

Wanted to explore Bay Lake and this hotel was perfect base for doing it. Location not far from Walt Disney world, the highway and good restaurants: )

Charming location, clean pool, cheap rooms. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. They made my stay luxury. The food I tried was good and they have plenty of meals to choose from. Efficient service provided too. I loved the hotel, the staff was really supportive, fantastic value for money.

exceptionally nice location and savoury breakfast with many choices. staff was charming, and requests were handled quickly. the room was perfect, included comfortable furniture. the beach was fantastic.

Good overall experience. The food was outstanding, I tried eggs and hot waffles. The rooms with coffee maker and stove top, as example. The staff were accommodating and courteous hole time of my stay. Fast check in, GOOD service, I loved it.

We had a fairly nice time, reasonable value. Breakfast was marvellous and the staff was very good! A nice beach, scenic view. It was neat, beautiful room.

Best resort experience. We had the king suite which was large. They have on-site restaurant called Flamingo's Bar and Grille.

The staff were great and the INCREDIBLE breakfast was provided. It is close to the airport. 5 km to magic kingdom. Location, an easy walk to all attractions.
